Knowledge is power
Welcome to my December blog
Day 13,
My day has been a mixture of stress, hunger, thrill, and fulfillment. Going and coming back from Lagos is not an easy task, especially when you’ve got tons of things to do.
On my way back ( a few minutes ago), one of my neighbors across the street stopped me and asked me to please help him look at his phone. According to him, he’s planning on taking it to an engineer. He’s complaint was the phone was not displaying the network.
I collected and checked, and behold, and it was in flight mode. I swiped the screen down, swiped left, then disabled the flight mode and gave it back — easy peasy.
He was happy and content and thanked me for saving the day.
Quick question: What would have happened if he had taken the phone to an engineer like he intended to?
You know, right?
Listen, this is my destination: Knowledge is power.
A lot of time, our challenges are not as enormous as we envisioned; some we could solve in two to three swipes. But our lack of knowledge is why we pay the extra money and go through unnecessary headaches.
Always seek knowledge; what you know today is not enough for tomorrow. What you know now is not sufficient for the future.
Discipline yourself to learn and grow daily!
